When its comes to make challenging work where we really can make some difference then its make us more happy.

The client based in Elsternwick running shop in 2 story small shopping centre , they have issue with suction and he is complaining that smoke is not going inside the canopy ,after few days of opening the shop he got complain from top floor neighbor and next door shop as they can smell the smoke and its so hard to work in that environment for them . Few days later they got complain from landlord as well, and landlord brings some engineers who are specialized in air suction issues .

They found the duct is about 14 meters long with 10 meters inside the rood going horizontal and then one bend and four meters vertical going to roof.

They found out that the bend is full with grease and dirt and there are minimal space for air to travel ., the issue is that to clean the bend we have to clean the whole duct and there are no possibility to make hole in the duct and put inspection panel . So its comes to us and ask us to clean the bend.

We inspect the duct and start working on it. It took us almost 11 hours for 3 workers and we collect almost 29 big buckets of grease and dirt. We clean the bend as well. We call client to come and check the suction and everything was going good now. He was so happy and book us for next service. That’s what we want one happy client bring more clients for us
